NVidia beta driver 326.84 and Linux driver 325.05.04 are available at NVidia developer downloads. Drivers are available for Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, Linux, Solaris, and Free BSD. This driver installs fine on Windows 8.1 without needing to disable driver signature enforcement. It is WDDM 1.3 on Windows 8.1.

OpenGL Driver Support - Windows driver version 326.84 and Linux drivers version 325.05.04 provide beta support for OpenGL 4.4 and GLSL 4.40 on capable hardware. You will need one of the Fermi or Kepler based GPUs to get access to all the OpenGL 4.4 and GLSL 4.40 functionality.
